Description

Thrombin, also named activated factor II (FIIa), is a serine protease present in the coagulation cascade. Thrombin activates factor XI, VIII, V, XIII and fibrinogen.

Asnail provides human alpha-thrombin for anti-FIIa activity assay of heparin.
