S-2222, Chromogenic Substrate for Factor Xa, for Coagulation Testing

Asnail provides chromogenic substrate S-2222 in gram grade for coagulation testing, e.g., chromogenic factor X activity assay.

Description

The activated factor X (FXa)-specific chromogenic substrate S-2222 is a short peptide covalently bound to pNA (4-nitroaniline). A free pNA will be cleaved off the peptide chain by activated factor X, thus enabling quantitive detection by a spectrophotometer.

Asnail provides chromogenic substrate S-2222 in gram grade for coagulation testing, e.g., chromogenic factor X activity assay.
