S-2238, Chromogenic Substrate for Thrombin, for Coagulation Testing

Asnail provides chromogenic substrate S-2238 in gram grade for coagulation testing, such as chromogenic thrombin activity assay.

Description

The thrombin (FIIa)-specific chromogenic substrate S-2238 is a short peptide covalently bound to pNA (4-nitroaniline). A free pNA will be cleaved off the peptide chain by thrombin, thus enabling quantitive detection by a spectrophotometer.

Asnail provides chromogenic substrate S-2238 in gram grade for coagulation testing, such as chromogenic thrombin activity assay.
