Description
Heparinase I from Bacteroides, also called Bacteroides Heparin Lyase I, is active on heparin and the highly sulfated domains of heparan sulfate. The reaction produces oligosaccharides containing unsaturated uronic acids which can be detected at 232 nm with spectrophotometer.
Heparinase I is mainly used to Kaolin TEG with Heparinase of Thromboelastometer.

Usage
- Reconstitute the entire contents of a vial in distilled water or buffer to obtain an appropriate solution.
- The solution could be kept at 2 to 8 °C for about one month.
- Wear gloves and avoid breathing vapors, mist or gas generated from this material.

Do NOT use it as drugs or in vivo experiments.
